From EC, a Green Paper on Drugs
The European Commission published a Green Paper on the role of Civil Society in Drugs Policy in the European Union in June 2006. The Green Paper is meant to explore ways to involve civil society in the planning and the implementation of EU drugs policy. The Commission welcomes comments on the Green Paper until 30 September 2006.To download the pdf text:
